Julie Douglas is the Founder and President of Julie Douglas Advisors, where she works with dealerships and the companies that serve them to build stronger, more efficient businesses. Her work brings people, processes and technology together to create greater alignment across the dealership and ultimately a better customer experience. With more than 25 years in the automotive industry, Julie brings a perspective shaped by working alongside dealers and seeing the dealership as one connected business. In 2013, she founded Dealer Pay, a commerce company built specifically for dealers. Julie helped modernize the payment experience to create a more connected customer experience. Dealer Pay was acquired in 2025. Today, Julie brings that experience to Julie Douglas Advisors, helping dealerships look across the business, understand where opportunities exist and determine what comes next. Her work includes helping leaders think strategically about how AI and emerging technology can improve the way dealerships operate, while creating better alignment across the business. Julie lives in St. Louis with her husband, Matt, kids Daisy and Jimmy, and two dogs, Charlie and Ruby.
